Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & free from chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is loose or extensively sand-shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, necessitating shot blasting. Always sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust based on substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, additional coats can be applied as needed.

>> Subsequent to curing, the substrate can be directly coated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
