Introducing the K50 commercial self-leveling compound, a masterpiece in the realm of high-performance, water-hardening inorganic composite materials. Expertly crafted with premium raw ingredients and a meticulously refined formula, this compound features unparalleled fluidity, effortlessly achieving precision indoor floor leveling. Its versatility makes it the quintessential choice for pre-leveling before laying down various floor coverings, from plastic and sheet materials to tiles and wooden floors.
Celebrated for its impressive strength, negligible shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound sets a seamless, strong foundation, perfectly primed for floor installations. It is exceptionally suited for an array of solid substrates, including concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Delivers extraordinary fluidity that naturally smoothens and levels the surface.
2. Dramatically boosts the density, hardness, and uniformity of your foundation.
3. Efficiently minimizes porosity, enhancing the evenness of absorption.
4. Features rapid drying and early setting properties, enabling the grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days.
5. Exhibits low shrinkage characteristics that protect against cracking during ground preparation.

The K50 can be smoothly applied with a thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single application, ensuring ease of use and efficiency.
1. Rigorously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure a clean slate.
2. Address uneven surfaces by grinding to eliminate loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to clear away any remaining materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base is dry and devoid of puddles to maintain optimal conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for ideal results.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal performance and results.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after application), proceed with the self-leveling pre-work for optimal adhesion.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually incorporating a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until uniformly smooth and lump-free. Evenly spread the mixed material with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness, shielding it from direct sunlight and strong winds, and completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, employ a defoaming roller to eliminate any air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product maintains a reliable shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is essential to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any damage to the packaging and secure the integrity of the product.
