Installation Instructions
For an impeccable wood flooring installation, employ a B11 notched trowel specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive. Ensure to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters for consistent application. The open time is determined by adhesive quantity, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. You'll know the adhesive is ready when it starts forming strings, indicating its readiness to bond!
For wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring, a B1 notched trowel is recommended, with notched bar replacement after every 100 square meters. Begin the installation as soon as the adhesive starts forming strings, ensuring effective adhesion and perfect transfer to the flooring's backing. Roll the entire installed surface thoroughly with a roller and use a cork board to press edges and corners. This ensures seamless bonding without any missed spots, allowing the flooring to adhere perfectly to the adhesive. Roll again after 20 minutes for best results.
