K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Meticulously clear the surface of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding, removing loose concrete and debris, followed by a thorough vacuuming to eliminate dust and loose particles.
3. Ensure the base remains dry without any puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment. For non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for optimal preparation.
Maintain a water-to-mortar ratio of 26% for optimal consistency.
1. Choose the right primer after thoroughly cleaning the base layer. Begin preparations for self-leveling once the primer is absorbed and somewhat dry, approximately 2-6 hours post-application.
2. Into a container, pour around 6 liters of clean water. Gradually mix in a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound until it achieves a smooth, lump-free consistency. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. The freshly mixed material should be shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds. Ensure the mixing and application are finished within 10 minutes.
3. Use a defoaming roller on the surface before the self-leveling compound sets, to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be employed to transport the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the product retains its quality for up to 6 months.
Ensure gentle handling during transport to avoid package damage from collisions or compression.
