2. Smooth out the uneven ground by sanding thoroughly to eliminate any loose concrete and embedded impurities, providing a flawless base that enhances the performance of our high-quality cement mix.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and devoid of any puddles, maintaining an ideal condition for the application of our advanced cement mix.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, we highly recommend the use of LG660, our premium water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve superior treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion. Choose the right primer for your surface. Once applied, allow the primer to be absorbed and partially dry (approximately 2 to 6 hours post-application). Following this crucial step, you are ready to commence the preparatory work for the self-leveling process.
2. Into a mixing container, pour around 5 liters of crystal-clear water. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Use a high-quality mixer to blend until the mixture is perfectly smooth and free from any lumps. Proceed to pour the expertly mixed compound onto the surface, spreading it evenly with a specialized notched trowel to achieve your desired thickness. Protect the fresh mix from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its integrity.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, gently roll over the surface with a defoaming roller to expel any trapped air bubbles. For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, consider utilizing a pump with a delivery capacity of 20 to 40 liters per minute, ensuring a seamless application.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C. Ensure that the relative humidity is kept at a moderate level to foster optimal setting conditions.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-mix ratio as outlined in the product manual. This precision is vital to preserve the enhanced performance and quality of the self-leveling material. Avoid deviations that could compromise results.
3. The freshly mixed self-leveling material should be applied within 20 minutes. This timeframe is essential to prevent the material from setting prematurely, ensuring usability and effectiveness.
4. Exercise utmost caution during application to prevent the material from splashing onto the skin or into the eyes. Prioritize safety measures to protect yourself and others.
5. During the curing phase, it's imperative to shield the surface from impacts by heavy objects and exposure to water, ensuring the longevity and durability of the finish.
TRANSPORTATION
