This premium Waterproof Tile Adhesive is specifically crafted to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces, ensuring minimal sand shedding. It is perfectly suited for aerated concrete block surfaces, putty powder applications, paint finishes, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates including concrete. Expertly seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically decreasing the absorption rate of porous materials, providing unparalleled longevity and durability.
Thanks to this innovative formulation, it effectively prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby increasing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. Substrate Treatment
Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, free from any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. In cases where the substrate surface is loose or shows extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement. Shot blasting is advised. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.
>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio based on the absorption rate of the substrate. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.
>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as required.
>> Once the substrate is fully cured, it can be directly used for applying putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
