K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Meticulously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine foundation.
2. Smooth out uneven areas by grinding away loose concrete and debris, then vacuum meticulously to clear all residual materials and dust, leaving a spotless surface.
3. Guarantee that the base remains dry and free of puddles to ensure optimal conditions for application.
4. For substrates that absorb, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for those that do not, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal readiness.
Achieve optimal results by maintaining a precise 26% water to mortar ratio, ensuring the perfect blend every time.
1. Post thorough cleansing of the base layer, select the suitable primer. Begin self-leveling preparations once the primer is partially dried (approximately 2-6 hours after application) for best results.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually mixing in a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Spread this mixture uniformly using a specialized notched trowel to regulate thickness. Shield the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application expediently within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, use a defoaming roller to eliminate any air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity between 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for the efficient transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
To preserve the product's integrity, store it in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Upon being sealed, the product boasts an impressive shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, exercise care to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any package damage, ensuring product quality upon arrival.
