Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, and free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. In cases where the substrate surface is loose or shows extensive sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Start by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a pristine application..

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to the substrate's absorption rate. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration for maximum efficacy..

>> For superior reinforcement, apply multiple coats as needed to achieve the desired strength and durability..

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready to be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
