SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by thoroughly cleansing the surface to ensure optimal results. Remove any oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings, paving the way for a flawless foundation.
2. Proceed to sand down any uneven areas on the ground, successfully eliminating loose concrete and unwanted impurities for a perfectly smooth surface.
3. Ensure the base remains perfectly dry, devoid of any puddles, to maintain the integrity of the installation process.
4. For absorbent substrates, enhance the bond with our recommended LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Meanwhile, for non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to ensure superior treatment and preparation.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer. After ensuring it is spotless, choose an appropriate primer. When the primer is absorbed and begins to dry-typically within 2 to 6 hours-proceed to the preparatory stages for applying the self-leveling compound.
2. Pour about 5 liters of pristine water into a mixing container, then gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Blend using a mixer until you achieve a creamy, lump-free consistency. Once ready, pour and spread the mixture uniformly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds for optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, glide a defoaming roller over the surface to efficiently release any trapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery rate of 20 to 40 liters per minute can be used to transport the self-leveling mixture smoothly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between 5°C and 30°C with optimal humidity levels. This balance is crucial for the successful application and curing of the self-leveling compound.
2. Rigorously adhere to the water-to-compound ratio as outlined in the product manual. Deviations in water quantity can significantly impact the performance, resulting in compromised material quality.
3. The prepared self-leveling mix must be used within 20 minutes. Beyond this timeframe, it risks solidifying, rendering it unusable.
4. Exercise caution to ensure safety during the application process, safeguarding against material splashes on skin or eyes.
5. During the crucial curing period, ensure the surface is shielded from impacts by heavy objects and kept dry, preventing exposure to water.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in an environment that is dry, ventilated, and cool, keeping the product away from sunlight and moisture. During transport, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression that could damage the packaging and compromise the integrity of the product.
