Installation Instructions
Achieve impeccable wood flooring installations with precision and ease by using a B11 notched trowel, expertly crafted for wood flooring adhesive application. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain consistency. The open time is influenced by the adhesive amount, weather conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is ready to perform when it forms strings, indicating its readiness for application, ensuring a smooth and flawless installation.
For the successful wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, we recommend the use of a B1 notched trowel. Ensure that the notched bar is replaced every 100 square meters. Begin your flooring installation once the adhesive starts forming strings, ensuring optimal transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, roll the entire surface meticulously using a roller, and use a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring an even, gap-free bond. Follow up with another roll after 20 minutes. For thorough guidance, refer to Lan Guan's technical instructions, guaranteeing the integrity and excellence of your flooring.
