TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE. Thoroughly cleanse the floor of dust and debris using a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material to achieve a uniform and pristine surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION. Employ a scraper brush to uniformly distribute the adhesive over the flooring. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before proceeding with carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION. Lay the carpet seamlessly, ensuring smoothness and applying pressure. Utilize a rubber mallet or a pressure roller for optimal adhesion.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive reaches full strength within 3 hours. Refrain from walking or working on it for 12 hours, ensuring load-bearing capability without bubbling or deformation. Simplified translation.
