SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Thoroughly cleanse the surface by eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings to ensure a flawless foundation.
2. Smooth out the uneven ground by sanding, effectively removing loose concrete and undesirable impurities, readying the surface for exceptionality.
3. Ensure the base remains impeccably dry and completely free of any puddles, setting the stage for optimal application.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, it is highly recommended to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; meanwhile, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is the preferred choice for superior treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure it is free of debris. Choose an appropriate primer to enhance adhesion. Once the primer is absorbed and dry, which typically takes between 2 to 6 hours, you can advance to the preparatory steps for the self-leveling process.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 5 liters of fresh, clean water into a mixing container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend the contents thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and free from lumps. Disperse the mixed material evenly across the surface, employing a specialized notched trowel to regulate the desired thickness. It is essential to shield the freshly prepared surface from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its integrity.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller across the surface. This vital step ensures that any entrapped air is efficiently expelled. Note: You may use a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment in a temperature range between 5°C and 30°C. Ensure that the relative humidity remains within acceptable levels to guarantee optimal results.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio specified in the product manual. This precision prevents any alteration to the performance of the self-leveling material that could result from incorrect water proportions, whether excessive or insufficient.
3. Apply the freshly mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute window to avoid premature solidification, which would render the material unusable.
4. Exercise caution to ensure safety during application. Avoid contact of the material with eyes or skin to prevent injury.
5. During the curing phase, protect the area from heavy impacts and exposure to moisture, which can compromise the finish.
TRANSPORTATION
Ensure storage in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, prevent collisions and compression to preserve the integrity of the packaging.
