Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & completely dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & free from chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or have significant sand shedding, this product is not recommended for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is necessary. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum meticulously before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for a pristine start.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a precise ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting as needed based on substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete and thorough penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, applying multiple coats as necessary will ensure maximum effectiveness.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, allowing seamless continuation of your project.
