Our groundbreaking PVC Flooring Adhesive is meticulously engineered to bolster and stabilize cement mortar wall surfaces that may experience slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. It is ideally suited for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates such as concrete. This state-of-the-art adhesive expertly seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

By effectively preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it skillfully enhances the bonding strength, ensuring robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, and eradicates common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is flawlessly smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand-shedding, this product is not suitable. Shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are essential before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust based on substrate absorption. Apply a coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
