This adhesive is the ideal solution for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete, guaranteeing superior performance. This state-of-the-art adhesive effectively seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials, ensuring a flawless finish.

By meticulously preventing the moisture within the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it excellently boosts the bonding strength, guaranteeing an exceptionally firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, and completely eliminates common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives such as release agents. This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Thorough preparation via shot blasting and vacuuming is imperative before application.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust based on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply uniformly with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for enhanced durability.

>> Once completely cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
