SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This thorough cleaning ensures optimal bonding and long-lasting performance.
2. Gently sand the uneven ground to meticulously remove any loose concrete and embedded impurities, creating a smooth and flawless foundation for subsequent applications.
3. Ensure that the base is impeccably dry and completely free of puddles, as moisture can compromise the integrity and adherence of the surface solution.
4. For those substrates that are highly absorbent, we recommend employing our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent to achieve superior penetration and bonding. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the use of our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to ensure exceptional adhesion and durability.

APPLICATION

1. Start by thoroughly cleansing the base layer to achieve exceptional adhesion. Select a primer that is perfectly suited, allowing it to be absorbed by the base layer and beginning its drying process within roughly 2-6 hours. At this pivotal stage, initiate preparations for applying the Premium Self-Leveling Cement.

2. Pour approximately 5 liters of pure, uncontaminated water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our elite self-leveling compound. Blend using a high-quality mixer until the mixture achieves a seamlessly smooth, lump-free texture. Evenly distribute the mixture using a specialized notched trowel to precisely manage thickness. Ensure the newly mixed material is shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds to attain optimal results.

3. Before the compound begins to set, gracefully glide a defoaming roller over the surface to efficiently release trapped air. Note: For a streamlined application process, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can smoothly convey the self-leveling slurry.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment's temperature within an ideal range of 5°C to 30°C, ensuring the relative humidity is kept low for premium material performance.

2. Strictly adhere to the water ratio specified in the product manual to prevent any compromise in the outstanding performance of our self-leveling compound, which could be adversely affected by too much or too little water.

3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to avoid premature solidification, guaranteeing a smooth and effective surface application.

4. Be vigilant during application to prevent the material from splattering onto skin or into eyes, thereby ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

5. During the critical curing phase, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects and avoid water exposure, preserving the integrity of the cured surface.

TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area, safely away from direct sunlight and moisture, to maintain the product's superior quality. During transportation, handle with care to avoid impacts and compression, ensuring the product arrives in impeccable condition.
