Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or heavily sand-shedding, this product is unsuitable. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface meticulously.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration for optimal performance.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider multiple coats to further bolster surface integrity.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement effortlessly.
