K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Grind uneven areas to remove loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to clear remaining dust and particles.
3. Ensure the base is dry and devoid of puddles for effective application.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use the LG670 non-absorbent treatment agent to prepare the surface effectively.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% to achieve the ideal consistency and performance.
1. After a thorough cleaning of the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly, controlling the thickness with a specialized notched trowel. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Prior to setting, use a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, enjoy a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, preventing any damage to the packaging and ensuring product integrity.
