The K50 Self-Leveling Compound is celebrated for its exceptional strength, minimal shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion. It creates a smooth and robust base, ensuring an impeccable surface for floor installations. This compound is versatile enough to be applied over various solid substrates, including concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, providing a reliable and durable solution for any flooring project.
1. Boasting unparalleled fluidity, it naturally levels the surface with ease and precision,
2. Enhancing the foundation's density, hardness, and uniformity,
3. Significantly reducing porosity and promoting even absorption for optimal performance,
4. The quick-drying and early-setting properties allow for the seamless grinding and installation of decorative flooring materials in just 1-2 days,
5. Its low shrinkage is key to preventing cracks during ground treatment, ensuring longevity and stability.

The K50 compound can be applied in a single application with a thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm, allowing for customized leveling solutions.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Grind uneven areas to remove loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to clear remaining dust and particles.
3. Ensure the base is dry and devoid of puddles for effective application.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use the LG670 non-absorbent treatment agent to prepare the surface effectively.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% to achieve the ideal consistency and performance.
1. After a thorough cleaning of the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour about 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly, controlling the thickness with a specialized notched trowel. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Prior to setting, use a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, enjoy a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, preventing any damage to the packaging and ensuring product integrity.
