K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement
additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure a flawless base.
2. Smooth uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to remove all residual materials and dust, ensuring a clean slate.
3. Guarantee the base remains dry and free of puddles to prevent any adverse effects on leveling.
4. For absorbent substrates, implement the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for ideal substrate treatment.
Maintain a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26% to achieve optimal results, ensuring perfect consistency and performance.
1. After meticulously cleansing the base layer, select a suitable primer. Once absorbed and beginning to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the self-leveling pre-work stage.
2. Add about 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually blending in a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until uniformly smooth and lump-free, then spread the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness precisely. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application process within a decisive 10-minute window.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, utilize a defoaming roller to effectively eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can greatly aid in the seamless transport of the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool atmosphere, shielding from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product enjoys a shelf life of 6 months, maintaining peak quality and performance.
During transportation, it is imperative to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any potential package damage, ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition.
