1. Start with a comprehensive cleaning routine that involves the meticulous removal of all oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface. This thorough cleansing is critical to achieving optimal bonding and ensuring the long-lasting performance of your subfloor, setting a solid foundation for subsequent layers.
2. Delicately sand the uneven ground to precisely eliminate any loose concrete and embedded impurities. This step is crucial to crafting a perfectly smooth and flawless foundation, fully prepared for any subsequent applications, guaranteeing an even and professional finish.
3. Confirm that the base is absolutely dry and devoid of any puddles. Even minor moisture can greatly affect the integrity and adherence of the surface solution, potentially impacting the overall performance and longevity of the installation.
4. For substrates with high absorbency, we highly recommend using our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. This agent is expertly formulated to ensure superior penetration and bonding. APPLICATION
1. Start your project with meticulous attention to detail by thoroughly cleaning the base layer. This ensures it is perfectly prepared for ultimate adhesion. Choose a primer specifically designed to penetrate and adhere seamlessly, allowing it to dry for approximately 2-6 hours. As the primer sets, smoothly transition into preparing our Premium Self-Leveling Cement, ensuring your workflow remains uninterrupted and efficient.
2. Pour about 5 liters of clean, fresh water into a suitable mixing container. Gradually incorporate a full 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend the mixture until it reaches a flawless, smooth, and lump-free consistency. Spread the prepared mixture evenly with a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the thickness, ensuring even distribution. Protect the surface from direct sunlight and strong winds to guarantee optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, glide a defoaming roller smoothly over the surface to effectively eliminate any trapped air bubbles. Note: For a more streamlined application process, consider using a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to ensure effortless and uniform application of the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain ambient conditions within the construction site at a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C, with low relative humidity, to guarantee the material performs optimally.
2. Adhering to the precise water proportions outlined in the product manual is essential. This precision prevents any compromise in the outstanding performance of our self-leveling compound due to incorrect water addition.
3. To prevent premature setting, apply the prepared self-leveling material within a 20-minute window, ensuring a flawless and effective application to the surface.
4. Take necessary safety measures during application to avoid the material splashing onto skin or into the eyes, thereby maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

TRANSPORTATION
