Product Description

Product introduction

Specifically designed to bolster cement mortar wall surfaces with minor sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. This versatile product is also ideal for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete. It effectively seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

This crucial sealing action prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, preventing issues such as peeling, cracking, bubbling, and flaking.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface should be smooth & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate is loose or has extensive sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement; shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 or based on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> After curing, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
