For non-absorbent substrates, enjoy the convenience of installing flooring 20-50 minutes post-application. Experience the benefits of enduring adhesion, robust peel and shear strength, rapid curing, and high curing power. To ensure optimal results, the substrate must be solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and dust-free. If dealing with uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent substrates, pre-treat the surface with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent. This preparation prevents substrate debonding, ensuring a flawless finish.
Installation Instructions
For an impeccable wood flooring installation, utilize a B11 notched trowel specifically crafted for wood flooring adhesive. Replace the notched bar diligently every 100 square meters. Carefully assess the open time, taking into account adhesive quantity, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. You'll know the adhesive is primed for use when it begins to form strings, indicating its readiness.
Harness the efficacy of this adhesive for wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors by employing a B1 notched trowel. Remember to replace the notched bar after every 100 square meters. Kick off the flooring installation as the adhesive starts forming strings, ensuring a secure and effective application that adheres to the floor and transfers to the back of the flooring. Roll the entire installed surface with a roller and use a cork board to press edges and corners. Guarantee that the entire surface is pressed flat, void of any dead spots, allowing a complete bond with the adhesive. Re-roll the surface after 20 minutes for reinforced adhesion.
