K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adherence.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to remove loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to clear away all loosened materials and dust, rendering the surface pristine.
3. Maintain the base's dryness and ensure it is free of puddles to achieve the best possible application results.
4. For absorbent substrates, it's recommended to use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to ensure proper treatment.
The ideal water to mortar ratio is 26%, ensuring optimal consistency and performance of the mixture.
1. Once the base layer is meticulously cleaned, select the appropriate primer. After the primer is absorbed by the base and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with the preliminary steps for self-leveling.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until the compound achieves a uniform, smooth, and lump-free consistency. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the fresh mix from direct sunlight and strong winds, and complete mixing and application within a 10-minute window for optimal results.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller across the surface to eliminate any trapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the transport of self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Ensure storage in a dry, ventilated, and cool location, shielded from direct sunlight and damp environments. When kept sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it's crucial to avoid collisions and compression to prevent packaging damage, ensuring the product's pristine condition upon arrival.
