Substrate Treatment
To prepare, ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, and free from cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives like release agents. Note: this product is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, which require shot blasting. Sand and thoroughly vacuum the substrate before applying.
>> Begin by removing all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface, ensuring a clean start.
>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, tailoring to substrate absorption. Apply a thorough coat with a roller brush to ensure complete penetration.
>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats as needed.
