Our versatile adhesive is ideal for reinforcing cement mortar wall surfaces experiencing slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block applications. It excels on surfaces such as putty powder, paint, cement mortar, and highly absorbent substrates like concrete. This adhesive meticulously seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption of porous surfaces.

By preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it significantly enhances the bonding strength. This guarantees firm adhesion between the leveling layer and foundation, effectively eliminating issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. For loose surfaces or extensive sand shedding, this product isn't suitable. Shot blasting is required, followed by thorough sanding and vacuuming before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove unstable loose materials and oil stains from the surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, depending on substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly utilized for putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
