SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously removing any oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine and clean foundation.
2. Proceed by sanding the uneven ground meticulously to eliminate loose concrete and any impurities, thus creating a smooth and flawless surface.
3. Ensure that the base remains completely dry and devoid of any puddles, as moisture can compromise the integrity of the work.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, it is advised to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the application of LG670 non-absorbent interface treatment agent is highly recommended.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin your construction journey by meticulously cleaning the base layer to perfection. Once spotless, choose the ideal primer to ensure optimal adherence. As the base layer gently absorbs the primer and begins its drying phase (generally around 2-6 hours post-application), you can embark on the self-leveling construction process with confidence.

2. Prepare to create a flawless mixture by adding about 10 liters of pristine water into a container, then gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Engage a mixer to achieve a perfectly uniform blend, free of lumps. Pour this seamless mixture and spread it with precision using a specialized notched trowel to maintain the desired thickness. Safeguard your work by protecting the material from harsh elements like direct sunlight and strong winds.

3. To ensure a smooth finish, swiftly use a defoaming roller on the surface before the self-leveling compound begins to set. This crucial step effectively expels any trapped air. For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20-40 liters per minute can be employed, streamlining the process.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. It's crucial to maintain the construction environment with a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C. Additionally, ensure the relative humidity remains at a moderate level, avoiding extremes, to guarantee optimal performance.

2. Strict adherence to the water-to-product ratio specified in the product manual is essential. This precision prevents any detrimental effects on the self-leveling material's performance, ensuring its premium quality and functionality.

3. Ensure that the expertly mixed self-leveling material is promptly used within 20 minutes. This timely application is key to preventing solidification, thereby keeping the material in its ideal, usable state.

4. Prioritize safety measures during construction to prevent any accidental splashes of material into the eyes or onto the skin. Protective gear is strongly recommended to ensure a safe working environment.

5. During the crucial curing period, it is imperative to protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects or water exposure to maintain the integrity of the curing process.

TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES
Store this innovative product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool setting, away from harsh sunlight exposure which could affect its quality. Handle with extraordinary care during transportation to avoid collisions or compressions that might compromise the packaging and quality.
