2. Carefully sand the uneven ground to precisely remove all loose concrete and any embedded impurities, creating a perfectly smooth and flawless foundation that is ready for subsequent applications.
3. Ensure the base is impeccably dry and completely free of puddles, as even minor moisture can compromise the integrity and adherence of the surface solution, potentially impacting performance.
4. For substrates with high absorbency, we recommend using our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, crafted to deliver superior penetration and bonding. Use a mixer to blend until you achieve a perfect, smooth, and lump-free consistency. Spread this well-prepared mixture evenly with a specialized notched trowel to precisely manage the thickness. Protect the freshly treated surface from direct sunlight and strong winds to guarantee optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, use a defoaming roller to glide gracefully over the surface, efficiently removing any trapped air bubbles. Note: For a streamlined, efficient application, consider utilizing a pump with a delivery capability of 20-40 liters per minute to ensure the self-leveling slurry is applied effortlessly and uniformly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain ambient conditions between 5°C and 30°C, with low relative humidity within the construction area to ensure the material performs optimally.
2. Adhering to the specified water proportions in the product manual is vital. This precision prevents any degradation in the self-leveling compound's exceptional performance due to incorrect water addition.
3. To avert premature setting, apply the prepared self-leveling material within a 20-minute window, ensuring a smooth and effective surface application.
