Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. In instances where the surface is loose or displays extensive sand shedding, reinforcement with this product is not advised. Instead, employ shot blasting. Always sand the substrate and perform a thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure a clean slate for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush for complete penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, additional coats may be applied as needed based on the specific requirements.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready and able to be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement to achieve a perfect finish.
