It is perfectly crafted for application on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates such as concrete, ensuring versatility in use. This adhesive masterfully seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials, thus enhancing durability.

By preventing moisture from being absorbed into the leveling layer, it superbly enhances the bonding strength, guaranteeing impeccable adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation. This effectively resolves issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling, ensuring longevity and resilience.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit excessive sand shedding, this product is not recommended. Shot blasting is mandatory. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum before application to ensure optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, dependent on substrate absorption levels. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete and thorough penetration.

>> For heightened reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied to achieve the desired strength.

>> Upon curing, the substrate is thoroughly prepared for the application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a seamless and robust finish.
