Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives such as release agents. This product is not suited for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, shot blasting and comprehensive vacuuming are necessary.

Application Method

>> Clear away any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Mix the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting according to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for maximum effect.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
