Performance characteristics
Introducing the remarkable LG9000 water-based adhesive, specially crafted for high-demand floor decoration materials that require exceptional elasticity and superior curing properties. This versatile adhesive excels with wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT applications. It is designed to perform brilliantly as a wet-bond, pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates, ensuring secure and long-lasting results. Additionally, the LG9000 is adept at filling gaps and acting as a pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring, offering reliable performance to a limited extent.
When tackling non-absorbent substrates, expect flooring installation to commence 20-50 minutes post-adhesive application, showcasing its quick-set nature. Revel in its enduring adhesion, formidable peel, and shear strength, alongside its rapid and high curing capabilities. Ensure your substrate is solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and dust-free for optimal outcomes. For surfaces that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent, elevate the surface preparation with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to avert substrate debonding and guarantee a flawless finish.
Installation Instructions
For a seamless wood flooring installation, we highly recommend employing a B11 notched trowel, designed explicitly for wood flooring adhesives. The notched bar should be replaced every 100 square meters to maintain precision. Tailor the open time according to the adhesive amount applied, prevailing climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. You will know the adhesive is primed for use when it elegantly forms strings, signaling it's time to proceed with confidence.
The LG9000 adhesive also shines in wet bonding applications for SPC, WPC, and LVT floors. Utilize a B1 notched trowel, replacing the notched bar every 100 square meters, to ensure consistent application. Begin flooring installation once the adhesive starts forming strings, guaranteeing robust adhesion and effective transfer to the flooring's back. As you lay the flooring, roll the entire surface with a roller, employing a cork board to press edges and corners firmly. This ensures the flooring bonds thoroughly with no gaps. Follow up with a secondary rolling session after 20 minutes for optimal bonding. Adhere to the detailed technical instructions provided by Lan Guan for best results.
