TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE: Thoroughly sweep away dust and debris with a mop. If the floor is uneven, apply self-leveling material for a perfect, clean foundation.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION: Use a scraper brush to distribute the adhesive evenly across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before proceeding to carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION: Position the carpet flat and smooth, apply firm pressure, and utilize a rubber mallet or pressure roller for secure placement.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive begins to harden within 3 hours. Avoid stepping or placing objects on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, ensuring a flawless finish.
