Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. This product is unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Shot blasting is required. Thoroughly sand the substrate and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a recommended ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats are recommended.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate is ready for application of putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
