APPLICATION

Choose the ideal primer that penetrates and adheres with precision, leading to an optimal drying phase lasting between 2 to 6 hours. As the primer cures, seamlessly transition to the application of our Premium Self-Leveling Cement, maintaining an efficient and smooth workflow.
2. Initiate your mixing process by pouring approximately 5 liters of clean, fresh water into a suitable mixing container. Gradually introduce a full 25-kilogram bag of our high-grade self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until achieving a flawless, smooth, and lump-free consistency. Evenly distribute the prepared mixture using a specialized notched trowel to precisely regulate the thickness. Protect the freshly prepared surface from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, use a defoaming roller to smoothly glide over the surface, efficiently releasing any trapped air bubbles. Note: For a more streamlined application, consider employing a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to apply the self-leveling slurry effortlessly and uniformly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain ambient conditions within the construction area between 5°C and 30°C, with low relative humidity to ensure the material's optimal performance.
2. It is crucial to adhere to the precise water proportions as outlined in the product manual. This precision is vital to prevent any degradation in the exceptional performance of our self-leveling compound due to incorrect water addition.
3. To prevent premature setting, it is essential to apply the prepared self-leveling material within a 20-minute window. This ensures a smooth and effective application to the surface.
