Performance characteristics
Introducing the revolutionary LG9000 water-based adhesive, the ultimate flooring solution that excels in providing unparalleled elasticity and extraordinary curing properties. Specifically engineered for premium materials like wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT, this adhesive is the epitome of versatility. It serves flawlessly as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Additionally, its innovative formulation permits limited use as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring, offering you a seamless and dependable application to elevate your projects.
Enhance your flooring installations with the unmatched capabilities of LG9000 on non-absorbent substrates. Start your installation conveniently 20-50 minutes after application, and take advantage of its lasting adhesion, robust peel and shear strength, rapid curing, and superior curing strength. Ensure your substrate is strong, smooth, dry, crack-free, and devoid of dust. For more challenging surfaces that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent, improve surface integrity by using LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Experience peerless stability and performance with every use.
Installation Instructions
Achieve a flawless and impeccable wood flooring installation by utilizing a B11 notched trowel, meticulously crafted for applying wood flooring adhesive. Ensure the replacement of the notched bar every 100 square meters. The open time is influenced by the adhesive quantity, climatic conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is primed and ready for action once it starts forming strings, signifying its readiness and optimum performance for application.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, using a B1 notched trowel is highly recommended. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain efficiency. Commence installation when the adhesive begins to form strings, ensuring superior transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, diligently roll the entire surface with a roller, pressing edges and corners with a cork board to ensure a uniform, gap-free bond. Follow up with another roll 20 minutes later. For complete guidelines, adhere to Lan Guan's technical instructions, fortifying the integrity and longevity of your flooring.
