Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or shows extensive sand shedding, this product is not suitable. Instead, shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water (1:1 to 1:2 ratio depending on the substrate's absorption rate). Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration..

>> For superior reinforcement, apply multiple coats as needed for maximum strength..

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
