K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Begin by meticulously removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings to reveal the perfect surface for application.
2. Achieve an even surface by grinding to eliminate loose concrete and debris, followed by vacuuming to ensure a clean, dust-free canvas.
3. Guarantee the base remains dry and free from any puddles, setting the stage for flawless application.
4. For the best results on absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, rely on the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to deliver optimal treatment.
Achieve optimal results by maintaining a precise water-to-mortar ratio of 26%, ensuring consistency and excellence.
1. After thoroughly preparing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once absorbed, and as it begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the self-leveling pre-work with confidence.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of pristine water into a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until the blend is uniformly smooth, free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect this freshly prepared masterpiece from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a swift 10 minutes.
3. Before the compound sets, skillfully employ a defoaming roller to expel any entrapped air, ensuring a flawless application. A pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute can greatly facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry, enhancing efficiency and ease.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding it from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, this premium product offers a shelf life of 6 months, maintaining its exceptional quality.
During transportation, prioritize avoiding collisions and compression to protect the integrity of the package and preserve the product's excellence.
