Substrate Treatment
The substrate surface must be smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the surface is loose or extensively sand-shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement. In such cases, shot blasting is necessary. Always sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application to ensure optimal adhesion.
>> Thoroughly remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for pristine preparation.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a recommended ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust based on substrate absorption. Apply a coat using a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration for maximum effectiveness.
>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as deemed necessary to achieve the desired strength and endurance.
