It is highly effective on surfaces such as putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete. Impressively seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, drastically cutting down the absorption rate of porous materials.

This advanced solution ingeniously prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, greatly improving the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It guarantees a durable adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, skillfully eradicating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives like release agents. If the substrate surface is loose or displays extensive sand shedding, reinforcement with this product is unsuitable, necessitating shot blasting. Sand the substrate and perform a thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

>> Carefully eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on the substrate's absorption rate. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as necessary.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly finished with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
