SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and old coatings that may be present on the surface, ensuring a pristine foundation for your project.
2. Thoroughly sand the uneven ground to effectively remove loose concrete and other impurities, creating a smooth and stable surface for your flooring solution.
3. Maintain the base in a state of perfect dryness and ensure it is completely free of any puddles, providing the ideal conditions for successful application.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, we highly recommend employing the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the use of LG670 non-absorbent interface treatment agent is advised to achieve optimal results.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Discover the ideal water-to-mortar ratio, perfectly balanced between 40% and 43%, ensuring optimal performance and consistency for your construction needs.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. After meticulously cleaning the base layer, it's imperative to select the optimal primer. Once the primer has been expertly absorbed and begins to dry-typically within a window of 2 to 6 hours post-application-the stage is set for commencing the advanced self-leveling process.

2. Begin by pouring approximately 8 liters of pristine water into a suitable container. Gradually introduce a 20-kilogram bag of our premier self-leveling compound, meticulously blending the mixture with a precision mixer to achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency. Dispense this expertly mixed blend and spread it with care, utilizing a specialized notched trowel for precision thickness control. Ensure the mixture is shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its superior quality.

3. Prior to the onset of setting, skillfully employ a defoaming roller across the surface to meticulously expel any entrapped air. Notably, for efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a robust delivery capacity ranging from 20 to 40 liters per minute is recommended.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. For optimal results, ensure that the construction environment temperature is meticulously maintained between a comforting 5°C and 30°C, while keeping the relative humidity at a moderate level to prevent any adverse effects.

2. Precise water addition is crucial-adhere strictly to the ratio detailed in the product manual. This meticulous attention prevents any compromise in the superior performance of the self-leveling material due to incorrect water quantities.
3. Once mixed, the self-leveling material must be applied within a golden window of 20 minutes. Swift action is essential to avoid the material solidifying prematurely, ensuring it remains in peak condition for use.

4. Safety is paramount during construction. Exercise caution to prevent the material from inadvertently splashing into the eyes or onto the skin, thereby safeguarding yourself from potential harm.

5. During the delicate curing period, it is imperative to protect the ground from heavy impacts or water exposure, thus preserving the integrity and strength of the finished surface.

TRANSPORTATION
For optimal preservation, store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, which could compromise the integrity of the packaging and its valuable contents.
