Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. Unsuitable for loose surfaces or extensive sand shedding, necessitating shot blasting. Always sand and thoroughly vacuum the substrate before application.

Application Method

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio or as per substrate absorption needs. Apply evenly with a roller brush for full penetration.

>> Multiple coats may be applied as needed for optimal reinforcement.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be layered with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement seamlessly.
