SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously removing any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine start to your flooring project.
2. Thoroughly sand the uneven ground to eliminate loose concrete and impurities, achieving a smooth and flawless foundation that is ready for application.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and free of puddles, creating an optimal surface condition for a successful and enduring flooring installation.
4. To enhance the adhesion of the substrate, employ the recommended LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent for absorbent surfaces, and for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for a superior treatment.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer, ensuring it is free from any debris or impurities. Choose an appropriate primer that complements the base layer. Once the primer is absorbed and has started to dry-typically between 2 to 6 hours-initiate the preparation for the self-leveling process.
2. Into a container, pour approximately 5 liters of pristine, clean water. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Mix using a high-quality mixer until you achieve a perfectly smooth and lump-free consistency. Pour this expertly mixed material onto the surface, spreading it evenly. Use a specialized notched trowel to meticulously control the thickness. Protect the freshly mixed masterpiece from direct sunlight and gusty winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, gently glide a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate entrapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry, streamlining your application process.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between a precise 5°C and 30°C, ensuring the relative humidity is within an optimal range to guarantee the best results.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-compound ratio as detailed in the product manual. Deviating from this exact ratio by adding excessive or insufficient water can compromise the exceptional performance of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes of preparation. This precaution prevents the material from solidifying prematurely, ensuring it remains in top condition for use.
4. Exercise caution during application to prevent the material from coming into contact with the eyes or skin, safeguarding your health and well-being.
5. During the crucial curing period, ensure the surface remains undisturbed by heavy impacts and is not exposed to water, preserving its integrity.
TRANSPORTATION
