Our premier LVT Floor Adhesive is tailored to fortify cement mortar wall surfaces with minor sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces. Ideal for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates like concrete. This innovative product effectively seals capillary pores and cracks, significantly reducing the absorption of porous substrates.

By preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, our adhesive dramatically enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This guarantees robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, eliminating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free from cracks, oil stains & chemical residues such as release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding substrates, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement; shot blasting is recommended. Sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

>> Remove unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, depending on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush to ensure complete penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
