Our pioneering PVC Flooring Adhesive is expertly crafted to fortify and stabilize cement mortar wall surfaces that face minor sand shedding and to enhance the durability of aerated concrete block surfaces. This adhesive is perfectly suited for application on putty powder, paint, and cement mortar surfaces, as well as on absorbent substrates like concrete. Engineered to seal capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, this advanced adhesive dramatically decreases the absorption rate of porous materials, ensuring longevity and performance.

It prevents moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby boosting the bonding strength. This ensures a robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free of cracks and oil stains, & devoid of chemical additives like release agents. Avoid use on loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prepare by shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before application.

Application Method

>> Remove unstable loose materials and any oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, consider applying additional coats.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
