THICKNESS

Note: For optimal results with the K12 compound, enhance its performance by incorporating 8kg of premium quartz sand when creating a reliable and resilient layer ranging from 2cm to 3cm in thickness.

SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Thoroughly cleanse the subfloor by eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings, ensuring a pristine and optimal surface.

2. Expertly sand the uneven ground to meticulously clear away loose concrete and any lingering impurities, paving the way for a flawless finish.

3. When addressing leaks, initially utilize a reliable leak-stopper to effectively seal any gaps. Ensure the ground is impeccably dry and free from moisture. Note: For outdoor construction during the sweltering summer months, it is advisable to moisten the ground prior and allow the surface to dry thoroughly before commencing the construction process to guarantee superior results.

4. When dealing with absorbent substrates, it is highly recommended to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised for optimal treatment, ensuring exceptional adherence and performance.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Water to mortar ratio: Ensure a robust mixture with a water to mortar ratio of 22%, expertly calibrated for superior results.

APPLICATION

1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the area to be repaired, ensuring it is completely free from dust, debris, and oil stains. This crucial step creates a pristine, optimal working surface for subsequent construction efforts.

2. Apply a uniform layer of primer across the prepared base surface, using 1-2 coats as needed. Allow the primer to dry thoroughly, setting a solid foundation for the application of our product.

3. In accordance with the specified ratio, begin by pouring 5 liters of water into your mixing container. Gradually add 25 kilograms of repair mortar, and blend the mixture thoroughly using a mixer for a consistent texture.

4. Carefully pour the well-mixed material into the designated repair area. Utilize a trowel to spread it evenly, achieving a smooth, flawless finish. To complete the process, employ a roller to effectively debubble and eliminate any surface bubbles, ensuring a perfect result.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure the construction environment temperature is consistently kept between a comfortable 5ºC and 30ºC. When working outdoors, it is advisable to shield your work area from direct sunlight; construction activities should be postponed in rainy weather conditions.

2. It is crucial to adhere strictly to the water ratio as specified in the product manual. Adding too much or too little water can significantly affect the performance and efficacy of the High-Strength Self-Leveling Compound.

3. The mixed High-Strength Self-Leveling Compound must be applied within a 20-minute window to prevent solidification, ensuring a flawless and reliable application that remains usable.

4. Exercise utmost caution to maintain safety during construction. Take measures to prevent the material from accidentally splashing into eyes or onto skin, ensuring a safe working environment.

5. During the critical curing period, make sure to protect the ground from being struck by heavy objects or exposed to water, ensuring the integrity and durability of the finished floor.


TRANSPORTATION

Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, keeping it away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression, preserving the packaging and ensuring the integrity of the product.
