SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Start by meticulously cleaning the surface, removing any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and lingering traces of old coatings. Create a perfect, pristine canvas that is ready for the next stage of application.
2. Smooth out uneven areas by sanding, which effectively eliminates loose concrete and impurities. This ensures a seamless and flawless base, ideal for the high-quality underlayment.
3. Ensure the base is kept in a completely dry state, free from any puddles or moisture, to guarantee optimal application results.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, LG660 is the recommended superior water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Meanwhile, for non-absorbent surface substrates, choose LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve impeccable preparation and performance.

Water to Mortar Ratio: Maintain a precise and consistent water to mortar ratio of 1:5. This exact measurement ensures the Premium Self-Leveling Cement Mix achieves optimal consistency and delivers superior performance.
APPLICATION
1. Begin with a meticulous cleaning of the foundational base layer. Select an appropriate primer to guarantee optimal adhesion and superior results. Once the primer is fully absorbed and has dried (usually taking between 2 to 6 hours post-application), transition seamlessly into the preparatory phase for the self-leveling process. This ensures the attainment of a flawlessly smooth and pristine finish.
2. Introduce approximately 5 liters of pristine, clear water into a mixing container, followed by the gradual addition of a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Blend thoroughly with a mixer until a uniform, silky consistency is achieved, ensuring it is entirely lump-free. Carefully pour and evenly spread this expertly mixed material using a precise notched trowel to control thickness with accuracy. Protect the freshly prepared mix from the harshness of direct sunlight and gusty winds for optimal and professional results.
3. Before the self-leveling compound begins to set, gently employ a defoaming roller across the surface to efficiently eliminate any entrapped air bubbles. Note: Use a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to effectively transfer the self-leveling slurry. This ensures a smooth, flawless application with every use, enhancing the overall quality of the surface.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain a construction environment that's optimally controlled, with ambient temperatures ranging from 5°C to 30°C, coupled with moderate relative humidity. This ensures the best possible results and a high-quality finish every time.
2. Rigorously adhere to the specified water-to-product ratio as detailed in the product manual for optimum performance. Straying from this by adding either excess or insufficient water can compromise both the effectiveness and integrity of the self-leveling material.
3. Ensure the expertly mixed self-leveling material is applied within a crucial 20-minute window to prevent unwanted premature solidification, which would render the material unusable and ineffective.
4. Exercise utmost caution during application to prevent any potential splashing of the material into eyes or onto skin, thus prioritizing safety and ensuring a secure application process.
5. During the critical curing phase, diligently protect the surface from heavy objects or water exposure to uphold the finish's integrity and achieve a durable, long-lasting result.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in an environment that is consistently dry, well-ventilated, and cool, ensuring complete protection from direct sunlight and moisture.
