Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives such as release agents. Note: This product is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, engage in shot blasting and thorough vacuuming.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by meticulously removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete and thorough penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats may be applied.

>> Once the substrate is cured, it can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
