This adhesive is ideal for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates, including concrete. Our advanced formula expertly seals capillary pores and cracks, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous materials, ensuring a superior finish.

By preventing moisture from being absorbed by the substrate in the leveling layer, it effectively enhances bonding strength. This ensures a steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, eliminating common issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free from cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives such as release agents. Unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Requires shot blasting and thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal results.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting for substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For increased reinforcement, consider multiple coats for added resilience.

>> After curing, the substrate is ready to be treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
