Substrate Treatment

Prepare your substrate for optimal results by ensuring the surface is smooth, & dry, and totally free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical residues like release agents. Avoid using this product on loose or excessively sand-shedding surfaces. Execute shot blasting and thorough vacuuming beforehand to achieve the best application results.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing all unstable loose materials and any oil stains from the floor to prepare the surface for application.

>> For optimal results, dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting as necessary based on how much the substrate absorbs. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring every area is fully penetrated.

>> For enhanced surface strength, consider adding multiple coats of the adhesive.

>> After curing is complete, the substrate can be directly treated with a range of surface materials, including putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, allowing for a seamless finish.
