Installation Instructions
When installing wood flooring, for optimum results, use a B11 notched trowel specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive applications. It is advisable to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain peak performance. The determination of open time is crucial and depends on the adhesive volume applied, prevailing climate conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. The adhesive is primed for use once it starts forming strings, indicating readiness for the next phase of application.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, utilize a B1 notched trowel, replacing the notched bar every 100 square meters to ensure efficiency. Start installing the flooring as the adhesive string formation begins, ensuring a flawless transfer of adhesive to the flooring's back. When laying the flooring, roll the entire surface thoroughly with a roller, using a cork board to press along the edges and corners meticulously. This ensures the entire surface is uniformly pressed flat, achieving an immaculate bond with the adhesive. Repeat rolling after 20 minutes for optimal results.
